Seagraves, TX

Seagraves is located in extreme West Texas between Midland and Lubbock, about 65 miles from each city. This area is known as the Llano Estacado, but the area is often referred to as "the caprock", a large, elevated, flat, treeless area. This is the home of the most spectacular sunsets and sunrises anywhere.

Although it is extremely hot in the summer, there is normally very low humidity, which makes for enjoyable summer days and cool summer nights. Fall is the best time of the year in this area. The temperature is cool with low humidity and very little wind. Winter can be cold and windy and thunderstorms, hailstorms and sandstorms are common during the spring.
